Our Commitment to Your Legacy
To ensure the highest level of artistry and dedicated time for every client, the following policies apply to all commissioned sessions:
1. The Creative Retainer A non-refundable 50% Creative Retainer is required to secure your date and time. This retainer covers your pre-session consultation, location scouting in the San Bernardino National Forest, and the reservation of my artistic services. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to our session.
2. The "Mountain Magic" Clause (Rescheduling) Living in Crestline, I know the mountain weather has its own rhythm.

Weather: If heavy rain or unsafe conditions occur, we will reschedule to the next available "foggy or golden" window at no extra cost.

Client Rescheduling: Life happens. You may reschedule your session once with at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a $100 re-booking fee to cover lost studio/location time.
3. Artistic Integrity & Delivery Every image in your gallery is a "hand-retouched masterwork."

Full Gallery: Your final cinematic gallery and Tactile Luxury print selections will be delivered within 3 weeks.
4. Travel & Location Sessions within 20 miles of Lake Arrowhead/Crestline include all travel fees. For "Urban Soul" sessions in the valley or destination weddings, a custom travel quote will be provided during your consultation.
